 Product Details

• This  is a "Basic Brawler", an entry level skibike fully upgradable to a Full Alpine Brawler  Worx at additional cost.  (see Lenzsport.com for individual parts) This bike is intended for beginner to full expert riding but will not handle hard jumps or drops as it has the rigid front fork and basic rear swing arm.

• If you want to jump, huck or get sic on this machine, you need to upgrade both front fork and rear swing arm. (see Lenzsport.com for upgrade parts)

• Used size "Medium" Alpine Brawler-great size bike up to approx. 5"11" tall-300lb rider.

  -Note- This bike is set up for motocross style riding. Bigger riders or those that prefer a larger machine will want to upsize to a large frameset. Its approx 1.0 to 1.5 inches larger on all dimensions and will fit bigger guys with a bit more comfort and room. If you are already a motocross/BMX style rider, a medium frameset will feel fine to you.

   

• This bike and all of its components are used- expect some small rust, scrapes, dents etc.

Basic Brawler Note: The "Basic Brawler" is an great option for those that do not want or need a crazy hucking or jumping machine. The rigid front fork and basic rear swing arm options trim a hefty $1,175.00 USD off of the retail price of a Full Build Apline Brawler Worx. The great part of this option is the rest of the bike is the same and if you decide later, you want to play harder, components for the "Worx" upgrade are available through the manufacturer and can easily be assembled on this machine. If you find you don't need all that performance, you didn't spend any additional dollars for upgrades you would not use anyway.

A few seasons ago, we found that rigid front forks on SkiBikes offer up great options:

• Price reduction-if you are tame to quietly wild on the slopes, a great way to trim cost off your SkiBike and put more $$ in your pocket for lift tickets. The Basic Brawler is a savings of $1175.00 USD over the Worx model. That is a lot of gear and lift tickets!!

• Weight savings- Rigid front fork SkiBikes offer on average a 2lb to 7lb weight reduction over front suspension SkiBikes

• Upgradeable!!!- If at a later time, you want to upgrade, you can!!!

From the first time we demoed these bikes from Devon Lenz, we were impressed!!! He has taken his art of fabrication, attention to detail and superior design skills to a new level with the creation of the Alpine Brawler SkiBike. These bikes are purpose designed and built for alpine use and play. Lenzsport has continued to upgrade these bikes with better designs and construction methods every season resulting in an incredible machine capable of taking what you can throw at it. The bike is very well built, and will accommodate heavier riders or the hard hucking variety.

We spent 3 days last season (08/09) at Hoodoo Ski Area on one and we enjoyed it enough, we wanted to start offering up these incredible bikes to all of you!! The bikes like to go straight and fast!!! At times it feels like the bike is on rails and gives you the confidence to go for it!!!
