SkiBikeFun LLC first launched its
web site in December 2003. We assumed we would be over night
hits and be able to leave our day jobs. Selling skibikes quickly
showed us that in this strange always changing industry, we
would have to earn every sale, 1 at a time. All these years
later, we still have our day jobs but we sell a lot of skibikes
every year and continue to grow sales every season. Our mission
is plainly to find what we believe is the best bikes at the best
prices. We feel we have offered you up a quality line of
skibikes from all over the world that we will always back with
our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee as well as a 1 year
warranty on all new products here

Warranty Policies
Here at SkiBikeFun, we pride
ourselves on only offering up quality products and equipment as
well as the best skibikes available on the planet. We will
warranty all new products for manufacturers defects for 1
full year. Crighton GRC boards are not covered under this
warranty and is only warranted at our discretion. Equipment
abuse is not covered under this warranty!!
All used equipment and parts are
sold as-is with no warranty. See additional info on used parts
return below.
Return Policies
Here at SkiBikeFun.com, we don't
ever want you to feel unhappy or unsatisfied with your purchase.
With that said, we also are running a business and have to put a
few limits on what we can offer.
*New Bikes and
Parts-Returned New
100% Satisfaction Guarantee- If
once you receive your order, you are unhappy with it or
something is wrong. We will work to make it right. We will
accept preapproved (Contact Us First) returns within 30 days on
all new and unused equipment and issue a 100% refund. You
only have to pay return shipping to us.
*New Bikes and
Parts-Returned Used
100% Satisfaction Guarantee- If the bikes or parts were
purchased new and you used them but are unhappy with or
unsatisfied, again we will do our best to make it right. SkiBikeFun
LLC will issue a 100% refund for
the initial purchase minus a 15% re-stocking fee due that the equipment is no
longer new and can no longer be sold as new. You only have to
pay 15% restocking and return shipping to us. Equipment must be
in like new/almost new condition. If it has been hammered or
beat up badly, it is up to our discretion on what we will
refund. We will accept preapproved (Contact Us First) returns
within 30 days on all new equipment returned used.

Just a word from SkiBikeFun.com.
Shipping and shipping supplies has gone up by almost 100% in the
past 2 years. We do our best to use the most affordable and
reliable shipper available. To date we have never lost a
shipment, not even had one misplaced. Please notice that for
shipping in the US and several other destinations, shipping is
still included with minor price increases.
All of our products include
shipping in the continental US only but we reserve the right
to include addition destinations in the price or request
additional USD for different destinations. We also reserve the
right to add or remove destinations without notice.
If we both agree to ship out the
US to another country, we will do our best and only pass on the
additional shipping cost and handling to us. You the
importer are responsible for all additional fees, taxes, customs
fees, etc for your shipment. We have no idea what
you will encounter when shipping to your country. We look for
skibikes on the banned items list and ship per your request. We
do our best to keep it affordable but we have no control or in
most cases a good understanding of local customs, fees or taxes
for your purchase. In most cases we can not ship as a
"Gift". Don't ask unless its a promotional item or a
replacement/warranty item.
